We had damage to our home and our insurance agent recommended Elite Restoration Pro. Their salesperson, Jamey, scheduled a visit at our home and was very accommodating with our tight schedule. The visit was very pleasant and Jamey was very professional, polite, informative, helpful and not pushy (which I found very refreshing). Jamey met the inspector at our home and because of Jamey, even though our claim was for the roof, we got approved for new siding too!!!!! Jamey arranged everything, the crew came bright and early, immediately got to work and by around noon we had a new roof. A little over a week later they came and did the siding. The workmanship is excellent! the workers were very nice and they cleaned up afterwards. We are extremely happy with the entire process. Jamey even checked in with us while he was on vacation and when I had questions, responded quickly every time.
