I hadn't realized hail had accompanied what was a loud downpour of rain for a while during the previous night! A rep from Elite Restorations appeared at my home the following morning, telling me of the hail storm and offering to perform a free inspection. He told me of the extent of the damage and that believed I qualified for financial assistance through my home insurance. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors who concurred with his diagnosis. We arranged a day for all the labor to be performed. Jake Bebeau, the owner of Elite, knew of my unfortunate experience and promised me he would replace my roof and I would be happy. ~ He went way beyond my expectations! When he looked at the roof, AND my skylights, he said it definitely showed damage from hail and wind. I hadn’t thought about that but remembered a lot of the neighbors had also had damage the summer before. I filed a claim with my insurance company and it was declined.
