Make above average hourly standard OR $100 per set lead as a 1099. The best part, if your lead turns into a job, you make an ADDITIONAL $100 (available for both W2 + 1099)

Outside Sales Representative

We are currently hiring new salespeople to join our team!

  • No experience necessary, we train within.
  • Work on your own time; the amount you make depends entirely on YOU.
  • Feel the accomplishment of helping homeowners navigate their needs.
  • Deal strictly with a handful of clients at a time; keep them informed and aware of their situation.
  • Travel to new cities around the metro with each season.
  • Work only in the summers, and simply collect checks in the winter.
  • Enjoy working outside in Minnesota summers.
