I hadn't realized hail had accompanied what was a loud downpour of rain for a while during the previous night! A rep from Elite Restorations appeared at my home the following morning, telling me of the hail storm and offering to perform a free inspection. He told me of the extent of the damage and that believed I qualified for financial assistance through my home insurance. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors who concurred with his diagnosis. We arranged a day for all the labor to be performed. Jake Bebeau, the owner of Elite, knew of my unfortunate experience and promised me he would replace my roof and I would be happy. ~ He went way beyond my expectations! When he looked at the roof, AND my skylights, he said it definitely showed damage from hail and wind. I hadn’t thought about that but remembered a lot of the neighbors had also had damage the summer before. I filed a claim with my insurance company and it was declined. Jake immediately contacted my insurance company and told the adjuster that he disagreed, and with more obvious proof, the claim was approved. ~ Within two weeks his crew showed up and they were on the roof like Spidermen! You should have seen it. When they finished in less than eight hours, they had cleaned up the yard meticulously and hauled all of the debris and equipment out of the woods piecemeal.
